Mill Village
Mill Village is the original part of the Lower Mill Estate with the properties built from the honey-coloured Cotswold Stone. It is the quietest part of the estate but within walking distance of all the amenities including Balihoo bar, restaurant and shop. Mill Village has a 15 metre heated outside swimming pool and Scandinavian style sauna plus pavilion with changing facilities and a table tennis table. There is also a children’s play area, sunken trampoline and children’s football pitch with goal posts.

Fishing - available all year round at Mill Lake which is stocked with plenty of Carp, Tench and Bream.As a guest in a property on Howell’s Mere you can also fish on this lake.A trout fishery is open on Flagham Fen from April to September and there is a boat available for hire.
Cycling - There are many cycling routes to explore on the Lower Mill Estate and in the wider Cotswold Water Park all of which are mostly flat.The Thames Path also passes through the Estate and much of it can be cycled. Bring your own bikes or rent them from the on site Activity Hub.As a gated community with a speed limit of 10 miles per hour the estate is ideal for cyclists.
Walking – There are miles of walking trails around the estate with the chance of seeing a huge variety of wildlife.You can also join the Thames Path and explore the path back to the source which is only 5 miles away.
Watersports - From the Activity Hub you can hire Paddleboards, Canadian canoes, Kayaks and Katanaku, a stable craft that is uncapsizable and therefore ideal for anyone nervous of water. There is a shared jetty in front of Coot Cottage which can be used from April to the end of September.
