Crow's Nest

Crow’s Nest is a penthouse apartment which was built in 2012 and has been recently redecorated throughout.

It has a large living area with fully-equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 4, two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, wood burning stove, Bose stereo system and access on to a spacious balcony. This has seating for 4 and fabulous views over the lake.

There is a super king size bedroom with an en suite bathroom that has a bath with shower over and a king size bedroom with an en suite shower room.  Both beds can be spilt (on request) to make two single beds. - the super king size will make 2 x 3 foot beds but the king size will become 2 x 2 foot 6 inch beds which are therefore only suitable for children.

The kitchen has a four-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.  The basics such as salt, pepper and oil are supplied along with cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, rubbish bags, etc.

The apartment is on the second floor of a small block of 8 apartments.   There is a designated parking space for Crow’s Nest outside the apartment and bike storage. More parking is available in the overflow car parks.

 Wifi is available throughout the apartment.

The apartment is not suitable for dogs as it is on the second floor.

It is a 5 minute walk from the Lower Mill Estate Spa and also the restaurant, Ballihoo, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.  There is also a small shop selling the essentials on a zero waste basis.  There are fabulous wildlife walks from the door through the 550 acre Lower Mill Estate and beyond.

The apartment is supplied with full bed linen and towels for the bathrooms.  We also provide sports towels for use in the swimming pools and spa.
