Crows Nest is a Penthouse Apartment overlooking Howell’s Mere sleeping 4 people in 2 en suite bedrooms. 

Coot Cottage is a two storey terraced property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps four people.  It is in a quiet corner of the estate and stands on the banks of Somerford Lagoon, the largest lake on the estate. 

Heron's Hide is a detached 4 bedroom house that sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms.  It has fantastic views of Spinney Lake (which it has direct access to) from many of the rooms and the huge roof terrace.

Both Crow's Nest and Heron's Hide come with free membership to the onsite spa which has indoor and outdoor pools, gym and treatment rooms.

Coot Cottage comes with access to Mill Village outdoor heated pool and sauna.  

All three properties are suitable for adults and children of all ages and have use of the estate's three tennis courts, table tennis table and MUGA court plus access to miles of walks and cycle tracks from the door

Coot Cottage and Heron's Hide welcome up to two dogs at though we do ask that dogs are kept downstairs and off the furniture.

Lower Mill Estate does not accept bookings from single sex groups (so no stag or hen parties please) or from contractors working in the area.
